Vinivication: The harvested grapes are partly processed by carefully pressing the whole bunch and partly by extracting the juice from the destemmed grapes. Natural per-clarification and controlled cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks give this wine its fruity and fresh aroma profile.
Wine description: On the nose, the wine has a fine scent of berries, especially raspberries. In the mouth the taste of strawberries. The sweetness and the acidity make the wine appear almost “creamy”.
